2016 EMERALD SOCIETY HS SCHOLARSHIP RAFFLE WINNERS The NYPD Emerald Society’s Scholarship Raffle drawing was held during our January 4, 2016 General Meeting at St. Finbar Hall in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Chairman John Flanagan did a nice job coordinating the distribution and collection of the tickets, a painstaking task indeed. Six (6) tickets were pulled, with the 3rd Place winning ticket shared by 4 people. It certainly was a fantastic way for all the winners to start the New Year. President Peter Whalen thanked all those at the meeting for their participation.
